Leadership profile

Karen Ann Hollas

A UK born and UK qualified early years practitioner, I have had the pleasure andprivilege to work with children for more than 23 years.

My UAE career spans six years, the last three of which I have led the team here at Child’s Play Nursery. In addition to my teaching background, I also hold professional leadership, management and play work training qualifications and am a qualified trainer/assessor/and internal quality assurer.

My passion for early years education and development drives me to ensure that we do the “best by every child” in our care, with the conviction that the emotional, social and physical growth of young minds and bodies has a direct effect on their overall development, and on the adult they will become.

My team and I are committed to providing the highest standards of care and education, rooted in the belief that children deserves the best start in life – and every child at Child’s Play Nursery is a valued member of our family.
